Bad CRM Data? Don’t Blame the Rep.
Reps aren't the reason your CRM data is weak. The tools never gave them a reason to use them properly. Call planning happened in a spreadsheet because it was faster. Relationship notes lived in a notebook because pulling up the CRM in a parking lot wasn't realistic. The data going in was thin because there was nothing in it for the person entering it. A new category of AI-native platforms is starting to flip that equation, and the companies paying attention now will have a real advantage over those still blaming the rep.
