Growth Leadership for Scaling Companies.
You have revenue, a team that's working hard, and a clear vision of where you want to go.
I build the commercial strategy, structure, and systems required to scale with confidence.
What I Do
Growth. Built—not just advised.
I partner with leadership teams to design and build their growth function—aligning positioning, go-to-market strategy, marketing, sales, and customer experience into a cohesive system.
This often includes:
Clarifying value proposition and unique selling proposition
Designing and refining go-to-market strategy
Building marketing and sales plans tied to growth goals
Establishing processes, metrics, and accountability
Selecting and implementing the right tools and technology
Supporting early team design and hiring
The goal is to build capability that lasts—and doesn’t depend on me being there forever.
Who I Work With
I work with early-stage companies that have a solid product or service—and real potential—but need help building the foundation for growth.
Most often, that looks like:
10–75 employees
~$1M–$15M revenue
Founder-led or small, tight-knit leadership team
Limited or no dedicated commercial leadership
These teams usually don’t need more ideas. They need clarity, structure, and someone to help get things moving.
Where I Build
These are the types of growth work I’m most often brought in to lead.
-
Defining the market, the model, and the priorities. ICP, segmentation, pricing, positioning, and the commercial plan that ties it together.
-
Sharpening how the business tells its story—to customers, partners, and the market.
-
Building the strategy and motion that takes product to market and revenue to target.
-
Designing the sales process, pipeline visibility, and the cadence that makes revenue repeatable.
-
Aligning the full customer experience from first touch through retention and growth.
-
Building the operational foundation—workflow, team structure, and tools—that makes everything else scale.
A Bit About Me
I've spent 15+ years as a senior commercial leader across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success—working inside companies in animal health, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, technology, and professional services.
That range means I've seen the same moment show up across very different businesses. The opportunity is clear but the commercial engine hasn't caught up.
That experience lets me:
Design commercial strategy and go-to-market plans
Build the sales motion and marketing engine
Shape positioning, messaging, and brand strategy
Align the customer journey from first touch through retention
Define the process, people, and technology design that makes it all work
I work best with leaders who value pragmatism, accountability, and building things that last.
How I Work
I work on a fractional basis, typically equivalent to one to two days per week.
Engagements are focused on ownership and outcomes, not hours logged. Founder-led companies get access to senior commercial leadership without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.
Based in Kingston, Ontario, I work on-premise locally and support hybrid engagements across the Toronto–Ottawa corridor. I also partner with companies across Canada and the United States, working fully remotely and traveling for key in-person leadership sessions, as needed.
Fit Check
For this to work, fit comes first. Here’s a quick way to see if we’re likely to be a good match.
You have a real product or service with customers to prove it.
You have a clear vision of where you want to go.
You want hands-on support, not just advice.
Growth is a priority, but currently feels reactive or unclear.
You're ready to invest in structure, not just tactics.
You are open to change.
You are ready to move. Together.
Engagement Models
Every engagement is designed around your stage, priorities, and capacity. Most work is structured as a multi-month fractional partnership with defined objectives and measurable outcomes.
