Thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, I work with leadership teams to turn traction into repeatable growth. I embed as a fractional executive, building the commercial foundations, operational systems, and team alignment required to scale with confidence.
My experience spans Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Success across industries including Consumer Packaged Goods, supplements, manufacturing, animal health, and technology. This breadth allows me to:
Align strategy and execution across teams to accelerate growth
Break down silos and design scalable processes that outlast any one contributor
Translate complex data, workflows, and P&L insights into actionable, results-driven solutions

How I Work
I work on a fractional basis, typically equivalent to one to two days per week.
Engagements are focused on ownership and outcomes—not hours logged.
This gives early-stage teams access to senior growth leadership without the cost or risk of a full-time hire.
Based in Kingston, Ontario, I work on-premise locally and support hybrid engagements across the Toronto–Ottawa corridor. I also partner with companies across Canada and the United States, working fully remotely and traveling for key in-person leadership sessions, as needed.
The intention is always to build internal capability and momentum, then step back as teams take ownership.
